Sports radio fans will hear a familiar voice on ESPN’s “Mike & Mike in the Morning” this week: Capitol Records Nashville artist Darius Rucker will guest host the popular syndicated radio/television show on July 4.

You can check out Darius’ hosting stint on “Mike & Mike in the Morning” live this Independence Day from 6-10 am (eastern) on over 350 sports radio stations throughout the country, on XM and Sirius Satellite Radio and streamed at ESPN.com. The show is simulcast on ESPN2 from 6 -7 am, then on ESPNEWS from 7-10am. A special one hour “best of show” runs on ESPN that afternoon (check listings).

Rucker, a life-long sports fan and a talented golfer, is also proving to be quite a contender on the country charts with his single “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It” – already a Top 20 hit and climbing quickly.  LEARN TO LIVE, his first album for Capitol Records Nashville, is set to hit stores this fall.
